Friday May 6th
Can't get the day off on a Friday? No worries. Since Suncadia is a quick 90 minutes from Seattle, there's no need to take off early on Friday. Have the car packed the night before and hit the road after 5pm and you'll be here in time for a late dinner, some wine, and live entertainment at Swiftwater Cellars. Ravinwolf will be performing both Friday & Saturday nights from 7pm-10pm.

-Portals at Suncadia Lodge offers great views, fine dining and a cozy lodge feel to start off your morning.
-2R Bar & Bistro is a local restaurant located in Roslyn, WA. They have had some great brunches this year. On the menu is eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy, omelets, and a menu for the kids!
-Cle Elum Bakery is something to try if you have not yet! Donuts, cinnamon rolls, turnovers, and plenty of breads & cookies for a great afternoon treat!
So your bellies are full and you have a gorgeous spring day ahead of you. If mom is looking for some adventure take her on one of the many hikes in the area or rent a scooter and explore Roslyn and Cle Elum.

If the mom in your life is anything like my mom she will love this! On Saturday May 7th, Ellensburg is having their 3rd Annual Wine Festival from 3pm-7pm. Tickets are $30 which includes 10 tastings and a souvenir glass. Call 888.925.2204 or 509.925.2002 for ticket information. Tickets are limited! Mother's Day Brunch - from 10am-2pm in the Rilato Ballroom at the Lodge at Suncadia. Adults $29, Children 5-12 $14, 4 & Under FREE. Featuring Rosemary Roasted Tri Tip, chef's pasta station, and an assortment of yummy desserts.
Mother's Day Brunch - from 10am-2pm at Swiftwater Cellars. The Hoist House is offering brunch menu, a glass of bubbly and rose for mom.
After brunch you will have the afternoon to explore, relax at the spa, or hit the driving range! We recommend taking a hike down to the Cle Elum river, shopping at Tuckaway Antiques in Cle Elum or taking a drive 20 miles East to the Thorp Fruit & Antique Mall and stocking up some local fruits & veggies! There are many sites and activities for mom to enjoy!
